By publishing your paperback or hardcover book through Amazon Publish Books, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership & Rights
You confirm that you are the sole owner of the book’s content or have legal authorization to publish it.

2. Content Guidelines
Your book must not contain illegal, offensive, or plagiarized material.

3. Book Formatting & Quality
Your book must meet Amazon’s printing standards (formatting, cover design, etc.).
Low-quality or poorly formatted books may be rejected.

5. Distribution & Sales
Your book will be listed on Amazon and available for purchase globally (unless restricted).
You can choose Expanded Distribution (bookstores, libraries) but may receive lower royalties.
6. Payments & Taxes
Royalties are paid 60 days after the end of the month in which sales occur.
You must provide correct bank/tax details to receive payments.
7. Returns & Refunds
Amazon handles customer returns and refunds; you will not receive royalties for returned books.
8. Changes & Termination
Amazon Publish Books may update its policies, and you must comply with the latest terms.
You can unpublish your book anytime, but existing orders will be fulfilled.
By publishing your book, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal of your book or account suspension.
